Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refund

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and replaced within 5 days of delivery. Refund is only available in Jaipur and CURaj.

• Perishable items (like food or hygiene products) are not eligible for return or refund.

• Refunds will not be issued for items damaged due to misuse or negligence.

Refund Process

• To request a replacement, contact us at beyondnewtonslaws@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

• Once approved, the replacement will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 15 business days.

Return Pickup

• In most cases, we’ll arrange a return pickup. If not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product.

Non-Replacement Items

• Sale items, gift cards, and certain personal care products are non-refundable.
